Letters of Acceptance (Invitation Letters)
Authors can apply for an automatic invitation letter with their paper upload; if you need an invitation, please make sure to upload your final paper by July 13.
In addition and also by July 13, enter information on your
- First Name
- Family Name
- Date of Birth
- Country of Residence
- Work Address including Country
- Email Address
- Passport Number
- Date of Issue
- Place of Issue
by clicking here. This is required to give the German embassies information on potential applicants ahead of time, so that they accept the electronic signature on the letter. This makes the deadline of July 13 so important.
If you're only registering and not submitting a paper, please apply for the invitation letter by July 13 to with all the above information.
If your paper has been accepted, you can log on to PaperPlaza to download the acceptance/invitation letter that can be used for German visa applications. Please follow these instructions:
- Log on to PaperPlaza.
- Enter author or proposer submission number.
- In the options, choose an option of "request an acceptance letter".
- Input your passport information and click download.
- Download your acceptance letter at the next page.
